Order and shipping
When will I get my order?

We offer Free Standard Shipping for All Orders and Express Shipping for orders extra paid. Each order requires 3-5 business days for processing. Please note that order with prescription glasses requires 5-9 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Kindly note that free shipping is applied to any order.

Once I placed my order, can I change my address or edit my order?

We will try to accommodate any changes to your order however, request must be made before your order has been processed. Please reach out to us ASAP at hello@yesforyes.com, so that we can correct your order prior to shipment.

What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

We're sorry about that! If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact hello@yesforyes.com with a photo of the damage or incorrect frame as well as your order number. We will be sure to rectify the situation as soon as possible!
Returns and exchanges
In the event that you would like to return or exchange your new eyewear, please contact returns@yesforeyes.com within ten days of receiving your order and hold on to the original packaging because we'll ask for that too. Exchanges are based on product availability, and may incur additional charges based on price.

All refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process.

Frames that have been worn, customized with prescription lenses, customized with non-prescription lenses, or adjusted in any way are not eligible for a refund.

Due to the custom nature of prescription frames, frames that have prescription lenses installed are final sale and cannot be returned.
Lenses
What do I need to get prescription lenses?

When placing the order, choose the corresponding option. We will contact you by the email you put when placing the order within 24 hours. You will need to send us a valid prescription (within one year of the prescription date). Please note that all the prescription lenses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you are not sure about the fit, please order the frame with regular lenses. You can then send them back to us for customisation with prescription lenses.

How do I obtain a prescription?

The easiest and most trusted way to obtain your prescription is to see your local optometrist. Please be sure to ask your doctor to include your pupillary distance (PD) on your prescription! If you have any problems while entering the prescription,kindly contact us at hello@yesforeyes.com.

I love the optical styles but I don't need a prescription. Are the stock lenses safe to wear?

Our ophthalmic frames come with high-quality, shatter resistant CR-39 lenses with an AR (anti-reflective) coating – making them perfect for everyday wear.

What exactly do blue-light lenses block?

Our blue light filtering lenses are designed to filter out high-energy visible light wavelengths — known as blue light — with added anti-reflective coatings that help to reduce glare without distorting your screen.

I am not sure which frame to choose. Can you help me?

We'd love to help out! Reach our stylists at style@yesforyes.com. Attach a couple of your photos and some information that might help us e.g. desired style, intended use etc. We understand that ordering frames online can be difficult, and we are here to ensure that the process is as easy and enjoyable as possible!
